Megan holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and Visual Art from Oberlin College. Her work is driven by a deep curiosity about the many ways in which we come to understand health and the nature of the universe. It was her direct experience with the healing power of acupuncture, along with a strong desire to help others, that led Megan to pursue her studies.
She is a skilled and compassionate practitioner of acupuncture and related therapies with a passion to support people through life’s transitional stages, Megan aims to help her patients find relief from mental, emotional, and physical pain. She has a particular interest in helping young people navigate anxiety, depression, and autoimmune conditions, and works closely with patients so they can better understand their own cycles and rhythms of life.
When she is not at AHA, Megan enjoys making chai tea, taking classes, traveling, working with essential oils, meditating, spending time in nature, and visiting her local coffee shop.

Maria is a licensed acupuncturist in Pennsylvania and board-certified by the NCCAOM. She earned her Master of Acupuncture from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies in Warminster, PA, and her Master of Science from St. Petersburg State University in Russia, where she also conducted research at a marine geology institute and taught middle and high school students before relocating to the United States in 2008.
Maria’s clinical experience includes work with diverse patient populations across a range of settings. She works with patients of all ages, with a particular focus on mental health, digestive issues, pain management, and healthy aging. Drawing on both her science background and her training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she brings a perspective that connects ancient healing traditions with modern research.
One of the most meaningful chapters of her training was serving veterans, marginalized communities, and economically disadvantaged individuals, helping expand access to acupuncture for underserved populations.
